How to request files from clients

Create an inbox and send its link to your client: they drop files in, and the files come straight to your browser, end-to-end encrypted. The client needs no account and nothing to install. Nothing is stored on a server, so you need your inbox page open while they send.

Setting up an inbox
- Sign in and open your account page.
- Create an inbox and give it a name clients will recognise.
- Send the inbox link to your client.
- Open the inbox and choose where files should go; keep it open while they send.
Good uses
- Footage, photos or design files from a client, at full size.
- Signed documents and IDs you would rather not have sitting in email.
- Assets from several contributors to one project.

Can a client send when I am offline?
Not yet: files come straight to your open inbox page, which is what keeps them off any server.
Is there a size limit?
No limit is set.
Can strangers find my inbox?
Only with the full link, which includes a key after the #. Close the inbox to end the link.
